1. Return & Refund Period

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request a return or refund (only if the issue is due to us: damage, defect, wrong item, etc.).

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (invoice / order details).

  • The issue must be clearly our fault (defective, damaged in shipping, wrong product).

3. How to Initiate a Return / Refund

  • Contact us at happymoms.giftzhub@gmail.com within 7 days.

  • In your message, include your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description.

  • Once approved, we will share instructions and address for returning the item.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to our mistake (defect, wrong item, damage in transit), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If return is for other reasons (you change your mind, non-defective), you will bear the return shipping cost.

5. Inspection & Approval

After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product meets all conditions, we’ll approve your request. If it doesn’t, we may refuse refund or request partial return shipping.

6. Refunds or Replacement

  • For approved returns, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Alternatively, you may request a replacement of the same item (if in stock), which we’ll send within 8–10 days.

7. Non-Refundable / Final Sale Items

Some items may be non-refundable (e.g. hygiene-sensitive products once opened). These will be clearly marked on the product page.
